Ours is a family story that began in the 1940’s with Linden Store Front.  

Brooke’s grandfather Abe started the renowned Linden Store Front with the intention of delivering custom store front renovations along with memorable customer care.

Brooke’s father Sol joined Linden after returning from the army in 1954 and successfully expanded the store front business. Under Sol’s leadership, the company holistically incorporated design, fabrication, and installation to ensure quality from project initiation to completion. This method prioritized long-standing relationships with consultants and retail operators alike. Many remember the iconic business sign “Another Linden Store Front” as our trademark that symbolized our presence on the streets of New York.  Years later, Sol was instrumental in creating WLP Realty, as he continued to learn and wisely invest in New York City’s retail real estate market.

In 2006, Brooke joined WLP Realty and has since been steering the company through the fast pace of change affecting today’s brick and mortar retailers.

Brooke’s daughter Lexi is now collaborating with the WLP team, bringing her architectural and design expertise to help guide the company’s focus on the importance of good design in urban development.
